In recent years we've hosted messy NYE partys with artists such as 80's Matchbox B-Line Disaster and Future of The Left and if there's one thing that can be said about Monto it's that we know how to throw a party!

Never wanting to disappoint we've gone and done it again this year with another stellar headline act to see in 2012.

Following the release and successful tour of their eagerly awaited second album, Scotland's finest purveyors of indie-pop, The Dykeenies join the fun.  

The Dykeenies formed in 2005, releasing demo material amongst friends and family, only to find these tracks reaching the hands of the general public. This was followed by a sold-out debut gig at Glasgow's 350 capacity ABC 2 before the band went on to signing a recording deal with La Volta - a subsidiary of Sony BMG - selling thousands of records and touring all throughout the UK, Europe and US, culminating in a career highlight of selling out Glasgow's 1200 capacity ABC and playing the Radio 1 NME Stage at T in the Park.
